As a follow-up to our last article on golf in Cape Coral, we want to introduce you to golfing in Fort Myers, Florida.  Fort Myers is well-known for their shelled beaches, golf and close proximity to Sanibel Island.  One of the best things about the SW Florida area is that you are no more than 1-2 hours from everything you could think of to do on vacation.

Fall is the time to do a quick golf escape.  Stay with up to 12 friends or family members at the Cape Coral Home Away luxury vacation home.  As a matter of fact, if not everyone likes to golf, they can hang out by the pool in the lanai, take the boat out for the day or spend some time on Sanibel Island while you hit some holes in one!  The owner of Cape Coral Home Away designed this home to be for vacations!

There are several semi-private or public courses in Fort Myers (see list below).  You always want to call in advance – even before you arrive on your vacation.  There are certain times some of the courses do not take tee times.
