Excellent Vacation Property for family and friends

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The house has everything you could possibly need including all linens and towels. The kitchen was well equipped and even had pantry items that were available to use. This property also comes with a pontoon boat that is available to use and we took full advantage by cruising around the canal every day at sunset. We also took the boat out to The Boathouse Restaurant and Pinchers. The pool and spa with waterfall was great as well. The location of the home is excellent – everything you would need is close by. We would definitely rent this property again. Our property manager, Donna was excellent from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. Any questions we had, she answered almost immediately. Thanks for a wonderful, carefree vacation!!!

Everything about this vacation home was perfect! Donna was wonderful and quick to reply with any questions. The house and boat were clean and beautiful. Everything was easy. Otto, the boat captain was super fun and easy going. He even had my 16 year old daughter laughing during our check out ride. We took the boat all around the area and enjoyed many days of boating. The house is about a 40min ride to the lock where you can get out onto open waters. We enjoyed the canal but it was a little hot and slow. Once out we took the boat to Ft. Myers Beach, Picnic Island and The Boathouse restaurant and beach. We saw many dolphins during our cruises.
The house and pool had everything we needed, pool floats, towels, board games, a keurig and most importantly, comfortable mattresses. We loved learning how to play bumper pool and there were many games of pool on the beautiful pool table. Everything was perfect!
